This deal is for complete beginners only and must be paid in advance. Purchased as a complete package deal and therefore no part refunds are given for any hours not taken or cancelled by the pupil
Block Bookings

Expiry
Beginners deals and block bookings are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. Can be used with the additional cost for difference to package prices at the time of new lessons.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the lesson to me or the lesson fee will be charged.
Liability
Drive with Jim cannot accept any liability in respect of injury, loss or damage arising during a driving lessons

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you contact us via our “Contact Me” on the website and/or when you book or enquire about driving training with Drive with Jim by phone, email or social media.
How is the information stored?
Data is stored on phone messages, voicemail or text, emails or social media depending how the pupil contacted us. This information is then written in either or both " appointment Cards" or in the diary for that time.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to help advise you about the range of options available regarding the training we provide and in order to process the booking of training sessions. We also use the information to keep you informed of latest availability via a range of contact methods. The only data that is stored occurs when a customer books or enquires about training
Drive with Jim will NOT share your information for any purposes with any other organisation.
Marketing
Drive with Jim will not send any marketing emails, texts or calls to private individuals or business employees who have not given us permission to. Photos and names of pupils passing will be placed on Drive with Jim Facebook page. If you do not wish your photo to be shown on Facebook please say at the time of the test or by email 1 month from test date jim@drivewithjim.co.uk explaining you want the photo removed.
Storage of personal information
Information about pupils , lessons and tests will only be kept for records in case required for a tax inspection. No financial information is kept by drive with Jim, unless passed on to us by a pupil for payment of a refund if agreed.
